Joanne Barrows is the founder of Unburden Solutions, with more than 20 years of experience in human resources, partnering with executives and boards across healthcare, engineering, banking, and nonprofit organizations.

Her path to founding Unburden Solutions is deeply personal. When Joanne relocated her mother, then in her late 80s, to a new state, she experienced firsthand how overwhelming major life transitions can be. That challenge deepened when her mother received a life-changing diagnosis shortly after the move. Through that journey, she recognized a need that too many families face alone: a calm, capable partner during life's most demanding moments.

Unburden Solutions was founded to meet people exactly where they are, with a clear mission: to strengthen and stabilize our clients so they can unburden, refocus, and thrive.
